These words are a reality for millions of Haitians every single second of their lives. With the recent earthquake in the capital of the nation, the issues of hunger and poverty have become relevant at a fevered pitch. The worst part of the whole situation is that we hear what’s going on and feel as though we can’t do anything to help.
